The airline offers several ways to check-in including online, in-town locations (around Hong Kong), their app and in the airport. Many airports also have self-service check-in kiosks and bag drops. Business and First Class passengers have their own dedicated check-in desks for quicker service.

Baggage

Cabin baggage allowances are:

• Economy Class: 7kg
• Premium Economy Class: 7kg
• Business Class: 10kg
• First Class: 15kg

For checked luggage, the standard allowances are:

• Economy Class: 30kg
• Premium Economy: Class 35kg
• Business Class: 40kg
