It's always useful to know exactly what your benefits are when flying with Ryanair. That’s why we've outlined the different travel classes you can choose from with Ryanair and how you can upgrade your flight to Business Plus.
With Ryanair, you can choose between two different travel classes: Economy Class and Business Plus. But what exactly is the difference between these classes? We’ve listed them for you:
Economy Class
Ryanair offers an economy-only product. Seat allocation is free, but if you want to reserve a specific seat, you’ll need to pay a small extra fee. Want to use priority boarding? You'll also need to pay extra for that. The same applies to seats with extra legroom and the so-called premium seats.
Business Plus
With Ryanair’s Business Plus, you enjoy several advantages over Economy Class. For example, you can change your flight time, date, destination, or even departure airport on the day of travel without additional costs. Additionally, you get a premium seat and are among the first to board and disembark the plane. Plus, you can check in one free piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg.
Flexi Plus
New since June 2016, the Flexi Plus package offers more service than the standard Economy Class. With this option, you get priority boarding, the right to bring one free 10 kg piece of hand luggage along with a smaller second bag, and one checked suitcase of up to 20 kg. Additionally, you can reserve your preferred seat before departure.
Ryanair does not offer a frequent flyer or loyalty program.
