Other than standard counter check-in at the airport, passengers can also use mobile check-in and kiosk check-in services. Online check-in (iCheck-In) is offered from 24 hours until one hour prior to departure. When checking in for your flight with Thai Airways International, you'll need to provide your passport, and a visa if required by the destination country.

Baggage

The amount of checked luggage allowed free on THAI flights depends on the passenger's ticket class. Maximum allowed weights range from 30 kilograms for economy class up to 50 kilograms for Royal Silk Class on international flights along with cabin luggage that adheres to IATA guidelines. Passengers are advised to check their luggage allowance when they book.
